Brand Design for Meat n Beer
Meat n Beer is considered a flagship store selling specialty meats and beers. The inspiration for the logo came from the merging of their two flagship products. From traditional cattle heads with their pointed horns, transformed with an iconic design in a modern rustic wire frame vector, interacting with the other traditional element, the beer bottle. The union is in a positive and negative space, succinctly and elegantly into a single symbol where text and image form a single image. The typography plays and mixes an old style Industrial font with a more modern Script.

Unique Properties
Meat n 'Beer was thought to be a reference store in the sale of Meats and Special Beers. From internationally famous brands to national reference beers, and meats with Kobe Beef from waygu. The logo came from the junction of the two products, uniting in a single symbol, using the negative space for that, where text and image form a single image. The drawing made from straight lines makes a strong and sturdy shape with an artisan shaped style.

Production Technology
Several pieces were produced, from kraf paper bags printed on offset, corten steel facade plate, growler bottle and silk screen printed cups, thermal bags, business cards, wrapping paper and a wooden box with the logo cut out laser for special gifts.
Design Challenge
The two main challenges were to use common and well-known forms and used in a unique and innovative way incorporating elegance and authenticity.
Project Duration
Started in july 2016, and ended with the opening of the second store in december 2018.
Operation Flow
The design was done thinking together with the architecture project, so that the whole of the store and brand was integrated.
Research
The survey was conducted with a group of consumers and friends of the owners, both in the preparation of the briefing and in the brand approval focus group.
Inspiration

Project Overview
Meat n Beer Brand Design has been a Bronze winner in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively.
