Leisure Club for Yang-Jue Interior Design
Yin Lai Zuo is a private club that is designed to showcase diversified styles and atmospheres. As the architecture in itself faces the street, the space of the private club is designed into two storeys with a high sense of privacy and exclusiveness. It is separated into various functional areas, including the leisure area, meeting rooms and drinking area. Taking into account the floor height, floor thickness and practical application problems, the designers adopt the technique of hiding all the electrical equipment to make the entire space clean and tidy.

Yin Lai Zuo is a private club that is designed to showcase diversified styles and atmospheres. Since the architecture has an advantageous height, the designers plan it roughly into a two-storey Loft form to maximize the utilization rate of the space. As the architecture in itself faces the street, the space of the private club is designed into two storeys with a high sense of privacy and exclusiveness.
Private, Club, Leisure, Comfortable, Quiet
In this design, many electrical equipment needs to be concealed, the most prominent of which is the host of the fresh air equipment. Considering the problem of pipe management and actual use, it is more appropriate to place the fresh air mainframe at the bottom of the first floor, and the mainframe position cannot be placed smoothly due to the influence of the floor height. According to the size of the host, the designer has reserved a host seat under the tatami on the second-floor study, and the cabinet next to the tatami has become the best cover for the fresh air pipeline.
The case was originally a store. The original height was 4.8 meters. The single storey was too high, and the two storeys would be too short, so it took a lot of attention in the storey height and layout. At the same time, the green roots inside the community would pass through the outside. The wall grows indoors, so the waterproofing of the external wall is also a difficulty in the design of this case.
The project finished in June 2019 in Xiamen
The most attractive part of the space is the custom-made staircase that is visible from the gate. The handrails are made of tempered glass. At night, a light strip hidden inside the structure gives dim light through the handrail section glass. Looking into the building through the French window, visitors see a mini booth that is actually an extension of the bottom staircase. The small rectangular fish pond right under the stairs adds a lot of fun to the space, and adjusts the temperature and humidity in the air to make visitors more comfortable.
When the designer puts forward the design idea, the owner is very entangled in what form it takes to integrate so many spaces together. Due to the large number of various functional zones in the clubhouse, the number of lamps will be relatively large. To reduce light pollution, many lamps use energy-saving lamps, many lamps will be hidden, or use anti-glare lamps to reduce light pollution; indoor fish pond adjustment the air temperature and humidity are adjusted, the indoor small environment is adjusted, and the use of air conditioning is reduced.
The owner is busy with work and usually hosts friends from other places. Therefore, the designer mainly wants to design the space as a comfortable leisure space. This space allows friends to drink tea, listen to the sound of running water, play mahjong, and rest on the tatami when they are tired.
