In this project, the modern simple lines are designed to dominate whole space. Large floor glass curtain walls are utilized to take in the outside scenery in a glance. The spatial planning balances office and leisure functions. The circulation spreads freely from the lobby, and the marble floors of ink and gray lines extend the ink painting elements on the walls to run through the space.

In the soft design, the project team takes the black, white and gray as the key colors, embellished with natural and vibrant green, and integrated with the unique temperament of Chinese elements, to create a quiet atmosphere. The walls are designed with Chinese elements, coupled with dark wood, stone, metal and crystal, to constitute a scene of Chinese ink painting.
Making the most of the advantage of the 6.3-meter high space layer, the design team has designed a unique chandelier with a volume of over 90 cubic meters above the sand table area, featuring great visual impact and distinct sense of hierarchy. During the design process, the team conducted simulation and demonstration with 3D models, constantly adjusted the height of the chandelier and the watts of the lights and tested the system effects, to make the whole light-fixture more exquisite and warmer.
The project was located in Hu Bei, China. It was finished in August 2020.
The lighting is designed to be partially hidden in the ceiling. Various indirect lights in the screens echo with comfortable stones and oak boards to create a unique, low-profiled and elegant environment. Small potted plants, books, sculptures and other housewares form an enriched space. Meanwhile, ergonomic chairs, exquisite tea tables of metal and stone, and other high-quality furniture are furnished to provide customers with a more experiential negotiation space.
After collecting the requirements of the basic requirements of the different functional spaces. The designers plan a reasonable space layout.Stepping into the lobby with marble bricks as the background, visitors will see the sand table display area on the right and the negotiation and office area on the left. The semi-private negotiation area is separated into small areas with stainless steel frame columns and shelves of ink painting patterns, which ensures the privacy of space.
As the sun rises and sets, the flow regime formed by projection of light and shadow presents a natural change in the space, forming a beautiful and peaceful environment. As a result, in the design of the Light and Shadow Sales Center, the project team was inspired by the flowing shadow, and ideally combined the aesthetics, emotions and functions, to create a modern Chinese style sales center of simplicity and oriental temperament.
