After entering the venue, the visitors can find that the artworks are placed at the most central position of the space. The holistic space looks natural. And natural light endows the space a spiritual power. "Let the light in where it is needed. With the changes of twenty-four solar terms in four seasons, every moment is new."Space is born for art. Emotions well up in silence from awe to comfort.

The main material uses algae clay that is environment-friendly and low-carbon as well. The design team tried to utilize natural daylight to illuminate the space and artworks. And the black bamboo curtain is economic yet elegant in appearance. In addition, the whole building features a steel structure, which is recycled and reused.
The biggest challenge of design is how to control natural daylight. Since the interiorspace functions as an art display space, it basically needs artificial lighting, but natural daylight is also needed in key areas to interact with artworks. Therefore, the size of openings in the building skin is decreased to create a dark chamber-like space inside, and daylight is introduced into the areas of the main permanent artworks.

The value conversion of art was highly approved by the client when the project was completed. The client thought the project broke up the value system of similar products in the existing market through the highlight of art and it was better blended with the community. The service center in the community also serves as an art center, which not only ties the art and future life closely, but also enhances the cultural taste of the project. Therefore, the design scheme was selected and appreciated by the client.
Art intertwines with life in the community. The project has two independent spaces, one of which is the entrance of community and the other an art center. Art is the solidification of spirit and emotions. It boosts the energy of art in the living space and brings broader and more diverse spiritual experiences, thus eventually opening another window for the final design experience.
The design intends to create an artistic church, which is born for light. Light is a part of the art. Art can inspire people and help them focus on their inner world. And the design intention comes from art and interprets art. The project redefines the role of artistic approaches in commercial space. There are no classes and differences in the view of art. All topics and activities that revolve around art break down all boundaries as art gives directions to everything.
