Pablo is a Chinese national furniture brand. It has been over four decades since its establishment. It is pioneer in the cross over of arts and home furnishings sector with an adherence to originality in all their designs. Vast amount of custom made furniture in Morandi's style are displaying in the gallery. The display area is mainly decorated by using bamboo and century old tree roots. As a result, it creates a very cozy atmosphere and also produce a space filled with environmental awareness.

Unique Properties
As a national furniture brand with a history of more than 40 years, Pablo has been loyal to the philosophy of sticking to originality, while exploring new integration of art and home culture. The main space of this art gallery is constructed with bamboos and century-old tree roots under a normalized aesthetic design technique for artistic expression, creating a cultural space that is melted with nature without losing humanistic touch.

Production Technology
The space goes right to the modern lifestyles. It takes blank gray as the overall tone, highlighting high quality. The placid Morandi color scheme furniture conveys a tender, gracious feeling and, interspersed with bright turquoise, makes the space uniquely representative.
Design Challenge
This project is to reflect the real lifestyle while taking into account the sales function of furniture display. Through the display design of the space, the designer elevated the furniture showroom to the level of a brand experience living art gallery. The commercial value of the furniture products is enhanced through the choice of fabrics to match the furniture products.
Project Duration
The project started in March 2019 in Foshan and finished in August 2020 in Foshan.
Operation Flow
A large amount of bamboos and century-old tree roots are applied to construct the veins of space for the ceiling and staircases in the lobby. The bamboos are aligned in a dense, uneven manner on the ceiling, hanging upside down like stalactite, the natural wonders of caves. The natural, environment-friendly bamboos, after grinding and other process procedures, are rejuvenated in this space.
Research
The triangular structures visible everywhere in the art gallery fill the space with artistic tension. The display design in the space elevates the furniture exhibition hall to a life art museum for brand experience. The fabric collocation options for the furniture enhance the commercial values of the products. The waste fabrics yielded in the furniture making process are transformed into unique artistic devices.
Inspiration
This project is a modern furniture brand showroom with humanity and quality. The designer wanted to make a living museum with furniture as the core and integrate art. The ceiling of the front hall and the staircase use a lot of bamboo and 100 years old roots to construct the pulse of the space, the designer's concept is to have a humanistic temperature and hold an environmental protection attitude.
