NikolaTesla Fit represents a concentrate of technology in which cooking and suction are perfectly integrated in a space that allows installation even on 60 cm kitchen bases. Ideal for small rooms, but also for those kitchens where it is not possible to install independent hobs and hoods. The conceptual effort has focused on finding a balance between performance, functionality, ergonomics, technology, small size and versatility. The great challenge in terms of design was to be able to contain all these elements in a formal synthesis that gave life to an object with clean and essential lines.

Design Challenge
NikolaTesla Fit can be built into 60-cm wide units without foregoing the hood performance, induction hob power, size and position of the base unit. The heart of the extraction unit is totally invisible and can be activated with a simple touch. The internal parts can be easily accessed to service the grease and odour filters. NikolaTesla Fit is th Elica latest induction hob with integrated extraction, which gives the possibility to be installaed literary in any kitchen configuration, giving the chance to anybody to use a very high quality product manufactured in
Project Duration
It took 1 year to fully develop the project and it all took place in Fabriano
Operation Flow
NikolaTesla Fit is designed to be really easy to clean and maintain. The fully linear ceramic glass surface makes cleaning very quick and easy. The central aesthetic element can be removed and washed. It is also the access point for extracting the filters and carrying out maintenance. The inner compartment can be accessed in complete safety and any excess liquid can be removed thanks to a special drain valve underneath.

NikolaTesla Fit is the first induction hob with integrated extraction available in two versions, 60 cm or 72 cm, a concentrate of technology where cooking and extraction are perfectly integrated in a space that allows installation even in kitchen bases of only 56 cm wide. It has an extractor heart completely concealed in the induction hob. A slight pressure on the central part suffices to operate it. It is the very first compact aspiration hob.
