Production Technology
The frame is finished with aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy has high strength and low volume and weight. It provides sufficient support for large size TV, and bends the metal frame on three sides to create the consistency of the whole machine; The back is made of integral brushed metal plate bearing, with simple appearance design and high-quality surface treatment, showing a refined and simple style tone; Transparent acrylic and deep gun-colored aluminum floor base fully reflect the strength of metal and high quality details.
Design Challenge
A6Plus series Miniled TV adopts a wide picture scale of 21:9, which is more suitable for the display of video and audio pictures of different sizes and proportions. Three-sided bending technology creates an all-metal texture effect. The new and upgraded rear horn, through the stepped design, achieves the surround sound quality effect of the rear bottom; The metal effect color aluminum extrusion small piece reflects different highlights in the calm dark model; The transparent acrylic bracket and metal base are perfectly combined to create a home theater product compatible with industrial aesthetics and life aesthetics.
Project Duration
The project will begin in Shenzhen in March 2022 and be completed in Shenzhen in December 2022.
Operation Flow
Minimalist appearance achieves immersive viewing experience; Mini led TV directly uses a chip smaller than lamp beads, which is more efficient, more energy-saving, more refined, and more advanced in technology; the hardware circuit platform is also faster, more stable, and better image quality Requires better sound quality; in addition to Mini LED backlight technology and 8K technology, this TV is also equipped with a 3D camera with AI lifting function, which can be raised when in use and hidden when not in use, which plays a role of privacy protection.
Research
In recent years, many Led companies all are increasing investment in research and development, and Miniled screens have become a new development direction.Solid research(experience flow journey, user interviews, focus groups, etc.) were taken to find out what are the most essential qualities users expect from the TV, With the maturity of manufacturing technologies such as Leds and metal structural parts, traditional production and assembly methods have been adjusted, and structural parts have been integrated, so that the TV not only guarantees ultra-high-definition picture quality, but also realizes a true frameless ultra-concise design.
Inspiration
With the development of the times, families have a higher pursuit of audio and video entertainment. The ratio of 21:9 cinema-level pictures can better meet the family's viewing needs. The design of the shelf base expands the storage function of TV. Remote control, 3D glasses, audio and other related items can be better placed and stored.
