Sales Center for Origin Accuracy Design
In this case, the designer removed part of the original floor and frame on the second floor to build a new high-rise structure. The sculpture like keel craft chandelier floats in the air, carrying a sense of space rising and extending, and the jumping rhythm reveals a warm feeling in the quiet picture. The negotiation area adopts an orderly array pattern, and the design emphasizes human comfort and experience. By using modern expression techniques and materials, various installation works of art are displayed in the space, conveying the beauty of modern style with simple details.

Unique Properties
The designer perfectly combines the elements of line, surface and volume with modern style, taking mirror and metal lines as the media, interspersed with aesthetic thinking of modern art, making the space level more diversified. The axis-symmetric reception desks unfold a calm and atmospheric spatial sequence, and the dual channel entry mode full of art museum temperament adds a sense of ceremony to waiting for visitors.

Production Technology
The designer fully considersthe presentation effect during the day and night, and usespunching aluminum plate to give the entire second-story facade rich patterns, breaking the heavy feeling of the concrete structure and forming the beauty of various rhythms and textures. The metal rectangular door frame and the stone are interspersed and overlapped, layer by layer. With the help of the lighting, it sets off the nobility and luxury like a luxury store.
Design Challenge
The design of children's activity area breaks the single and straightforward pattern of "sales plus display" of traditional sales offices, and integrates more children's experience space of free learning, playing and communication, which not only makes children like it, but also balances the sales atmosphere.
Project Duration
The project started in December 2019 in Chengdu and finished in June 2020 in Chengdu.
Operation Flow
The water bar adopts architectural interspersed techniques, perfectly blending metal and marble, emphasizing the modern and advanced sense of the whole space, and creating a delicate and profound beauty.
Research
Yuelanting Sales Center is located in the center of Qingbaijiang District. After years of scouring, it has broken its cocoon and become a butterfly, opening a new journey of "secondary development". As a ten-year stranded "unfinished building" reconstruction project, it carries the mission of injecting great power into urban regeneration, and has trans-epochal significance for the implementation process of the strategy of "building new cities and optimizing old cities".
Inspiration
The design concept is inspired by the "line scale metal" presenting the power and multiple perspectives of the space, creating a more interesting spatial pattern in a limited scale, trying to interpret the interior and exterior with architectural language, and striving to make every part of the space can capture the artistic composition of the picture.
