Residential Space for Raja Interior Design Co., Ltd.
Maintaining the sense of warmth, rendering of lighting, and emphasizing movement are the main goals of this case. The designer hopes that with "people" as the starting point, "worldly" can be integrated into life. This can be clearly seen in the movement of the main hall and the use of furniture. Feel the comfort straight from the eye contact with space. The use of panels is the strength of the design team. It is based on beige tones, and the panels of different textures such as stone and wood are used to form a modern style.

On the third floor, a shared reading area is set up. The most distinctive feature is the starry sky pattern on the ceiling, which is designed with artistic paint. After turning off the lights at night, it will still emit a slight starlight. Like the aurora and the green of the lake, with deep blue and black, the two intertwined to bring an openness like looking up at the sky. In the boys room on the third floor, in order to solve the limitation caused by beams, the ceiling uses staggered slopes and uses indirect lighting to blur the limits of the beams in the space.

Compared with the first floor, the second floor has a clearer experience. It is the master bedroom of the hostess and is divided into a study room. The table is a lift table that can be retracted into the floor. The study room can be turned into a space for yoga, aerobic, and stretching exercises. Here, we also choose distinctive artistic decorations, and use the circle to convey the sense of harmony of this case.
The tea room on the fourth floor uses a large number of wooden tone elements on the wall, stacked with wooden boards to create a mountain-like peak, and the headlights also use line materials to create a posture like mountains reflecting on the lake. The French windows can be fully opened to increase the brightness and space, so that whether the host relaxes with tea or entertains guests, it is a very distinctive and warm space. After the sun is shining in the west, people can sense the structure of space. In the minimalist style, we are still looking for new technologies that can be used. Although it is a local style, it uses many foreign unique materials and techniques, it is a perfect combination, a design that is Sophisticated in style.
The project will finish in August 2021 in Taichung, Taiwan.
After reading a certain amount of cases, I apply them to the movement planning and space configuration of the case, and arrange them according to the clients daily routine. Choose suitable home appliances, hoping to maximize the functionality. In addition, decorative artwork is added, and round and reflective materials are used to increase uniqueness.
This case especially studied local Fengshui and culture, tried to use it in the design, such as the movement design of the main hall on the first floor and the sunlight orientation of the tea room on the fourth floor.
