The interior design is based on the natural scenery of mountains and seas in the local environment of the project, combining local natural elements with international art, using maple leaf totem as the design visual symbol, and combining modern materials such as marble and vintage copper to create a low-key and restrained Quality life style.

Unique Properties

Maple International Executive Apartment is located in Shekou, Shenzhen. It is a high-end serviced apartment brand developed by Maple Real Estate. One of the landmarks of an international city. How to build an international life scene? The superimposition and integration of the unique natural coastline landscape in western Shenzhen with the futuristic living experience is the starting point of Huayi's design thinking.

Production Technology

The space is laid out with the alternate arrangement of blue sands and retro copper, and the overall shape adopts the expression of large blocks of architecture, which is clean and tidy. The freehand winding lines on the marble surface, like flowing sea ripples, bring a romantic atmosphere from the ocean, echoing the continuation of the unique coastline city memory of Shekou, Shenzhen.

Design Challenge

The developer's brand symbol,Maple Leaf,is used in the design.The shape,texture,size and proportion of the Maple Leaf Totem have been polished by the designer countless times,and finally formed a unique memory symbol that brings natural life to the space.

Project Duration

The project was launched in Shenzhen in December 2018 and will be completed in November 2020.

Operation Flow

Through vivid coloring techniques, the designer strengthens the interaction and fusion of the object-image landscape and the mind-inspiring officer, slowly unfolding an "expected horizon" higher than life. High-grade gray, white and partially embellished orange and purple. In the confrontation between light and dark, the dynamic and static interactions, creating beauty in the dark, enriching the level of emotional experience of space users, activating the temperature and emotional interaction of the space, creating a kind of color and emotion The ideal life blueprint of resonance.

Based on the interpretation of local cultural attributes and the high- net-worth people's pursuit of exquisite and high quality life,Huayi Design is based on the unique natural scenery of mountains and seas in Shenzhen,combining the natural environment with international art,and creating for new middle-class elites Embracing nature's future urban living lifestyle.

Inspiration

The design takes "the life trajectory of urban elites" as a clue, and puts forward the design concept of "elite life", and refines the three design keywords of "gentleman, exquisiteness, and nature", and superimposes natural genes and Shanghai style elements to construct more suitable for the times. Living space.
