This project has excellent natural landscape resources and a strong cultural heritage. Therefore, in the design of the mock-up house, designers took into account local factors in the selection of materials and the extraction of design elements; designers chose dark and gray tones of stone, intersecting line forms, and metal with the interplay of block shapes to reflect the modern oriental spatial mood with values.

On the framework of modern oriental style, the designers also refer to the traditional Italian design techniques, deconstructing and reorganizing the modern classic design elements to elaborate the space.
The biggest challenge of this project was the optimization of design materials and content changes during the epidemic period and the impact of the budget. The designer analyzed the design content, combined with the characteristics of the space to highlight the main design content, and found a balance between tension and relaxation.
The project started in August 2021 in Lishui and finished in April 2022 in Lishui.
For the walls, we used Chinese black marble with different surface treatment to highlight the details of texture; we chose wood veneer with certain saturation to adjust the temperature and atmosphere of the space, and used handmade corrugated metal bar and translucent stone to embellish the space.
The marketing center has a small area, and the designers have solved the dual problems of space functionality and comfort in the communication with the owner. The whole compound has more floors and the structure is more complicated, so the design has considered the focus of each floor and the comfort of use.
Suichang is rich in local mineral resources, so we combined the local impression of "mountain and stone" for a large part of the floor of the marketing center and used rock slabs with stable properties and strong texture to reflect its rustic and natural temperament.
