Unique Properties
The designers have re planned the internal space structure to make the internal space more square. Through the material treatment and the use of artistic devices, the original space constrained inclined roof has artistic display; The landscape stairs replace the traditional corner stairs, making the space both display effect and practicality; The daylighting glass roof with automatic induction makes up for the lack of daylighting and poor permeability in some spaces.

Design Challenge
The internal local space is not square, the spatial structure is not regular, the lighting of underground space is insufficient, the transparency is not ideal, and there is no elevator moving line in the room Sound the feeling of use.

Operation Flow
1. On the first floor, remove the stairs of the original building, add an elevator car, change the daylighting well into a stair, expand the doors and windows, increase the indoor space, increase the sunken courtyard, and add a basement daylighting well. 2. The roof is equipped with an automatic sensing daylighting glass roof to meet indoor daylighting and ventilation. 3. Equipped with smart home system.
Research
The designers focus on creating a natural, comfortable, relaxed and comfortable living experience, showing of the designers taste in details, and using calm and introverted design language to describe the dignity of contemporary luxury houses.
Inspiration
Adjacent to Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake, the project is located in the central business district of Suzhou, occupying the best part of the city. It is a French style single family world residence villa and a super luxury house in Suzhou. The designers hope to spread natural comfort and advocate a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle away from urban noise.

Yu Garden Private Villa has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
