This creative gift box promotes Children’s learning about traditional Chinese new year culture through play. The outer packaging features a traditional lion dance design that can be unfolded to become a lion head. Design Challenge
The elements of traditional lion dance are depicted in a modern way so they become more appealing to modern children. The packaging has rich playability and users love to wear it on their heads and play with friends. Parents also love to take photos and share them on social media, increasing the product's exposure and secondary sales. The product makes good use of its outer packaging, making it a part of the product itself and increasing the packaging's reusability. It also expresses the brand's philosophy of "protecting children's curiosity and inspiring unlimited creativity".

Operation Flow
Gift boxes have features and learning and interactive items: Lion dance headgear, chinese dragon kaleidoscope, door gods stickers, lion dance headgear, habit-forming cards, auspicious calligraphy, stickers, red envelope, red envelope storage box, new year tangerine hanging decorations and phonetic alphabet chart with popular Chinese characteristics.
