Through the natural light and shadow of the space, materials, landscape scenes, etc., the designer realizes the ultimate quality-price ratio between natural lake scenery and urban villa style life through immersive space experience and diverse situation guidance. In order to create a space that lives in nature, the designer used ingenious design techniques such as changing scenery to guide the line of sight, ensuring the exclusivity of the space, and cleverly privatizing every scenery seen.

Design Challenge
The biggest difficulty of our challenge is that the underground light is too dark, and how to introduce the lighting is our most concerned point. As a whole, the space preface is opened with the idea of setting and entering the scene. Through the arrangement of light and the moving line of building volume, the scene is changed by steps, and the courtyard is used as the axis to run through the living and living, and the outdoor landscape echoes with the multiple interactive social space inside.

The design starts in 2022.08 and is completed in 2023.01. The project is located in North Longhu Lake, Zhengzhou, China

Research
This case mainly studies a new psychological needs of the future human settlement model, and creates a living space through "scenization". While showing the future lifestyle, it also outputs an essential existence called emotional sustenance. Based on the long-term thinking of products, from the life advance, situation activation, circle precipitation, condensing the growth of urban life, exploring a new paradigm of villa life on the forefront and in the middle of the prosperity.
Inspiration
Through natural light and shadow, materials, landscape scenes, etc., guided by immersive space experience and a variety of situations, the concept is to achieve the ultimate quality and price ratio of natural lake view and metropolitan villa style life. Based on the long-term thinking of products, the growth of urban life can be condensed from life advance, situation activation, circle precipitation, and explore a new paradigm of villa life on the frontier and in the middle of the prosperity.
