Production Technology
Furrytail Automatic Cleaning Cat Litter Box commits to environmental responsibility, utilizing injection molding technology and recyclable PP plastic. It's packaged to optimize container space, enhancing shipping efficiency and reducing energy consumption per product. The inclusion of biodegradable bags and recyclable cardboard aligns with sustainable practices.
Design Challenge
The most challenging part of the product lies in the structural design of the cleaning function. After collecting issues and suggestions from competitors and users, we conceived and implemented a unique cleaning structure that makes the product more streamlined and user friendly.
Project Duration
The project commenced market research in China in March 2023, completed the design phase in China in October 2023, and is slated to debut at the Nuremberg Pet Exhibition in Germany in May 2024. This is the first automatic cleaning cat litter box that our in house team has designed.
Operation Flow
The device can be operated directly through the screen and buttons on the body, or remotely via an app.

Project Overview
Furrytail Cat Toilet Litter Box has been a Silver winner in the Pet Care, Toys, Supplies and Products for Animals Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill. Silver A' Design Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to raising industry standards and advancing the practice of design.
