Unique Properties
Ginkgo is an upscale residential development situated on the former site of the Binjiang Campus of the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, China. The apartment complex boasts an overlook of the West Lake cultural site, with an opposite view of Pagoda of Six Harmonies, integrating the local rivers, mountains, towers, bridges, and urban landscapes.

Production Technology
The duplex apartment spans over an area of 1,200 square meters and comprises of three floors. The first floor is dedicated to living, dining and bedrooms for the elderly and children. The decor is tastefully done with cool stone materials, elegant and warm sofas, and plain curtains that complement each other.
Design Challenge
The apartment is situated on the 39th to 41st floors, offering stunning views of the Qiantang River. One of its standout features is the infinity swimming pool that seamlessly blends with the river and the sky, providing residents with a captivating visual experience and a sense of relaxation reminiscent of a vacation.
Project Duration
The project started in March 2022 and was completed in June 2023 in Hangzhou, China.
Operation Flow
As one enters the apartment, the high-ceiling living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows offers an awe-inspiring visual experience. The luxurious and spacious design, coupled with a well-planned layout, offers privacy while also promoting a sense of togetherness.

Ginkgo is renowned for its luxurious decor, spacious rooms, and an international, artistic, and fashionable community atmosphere.
Inspiration
It blends the traditional Chinese literati life, advanced technology, and the Internet to offer a new lifestyle to contemporary elites in this city. The project has become a new popular residential spot during the Asian Games held in Hangzhou.
Project Overview
Hangzhou Ginkgo Hui Ding Fu Home has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
