The designer executed the brochure kit to communicate the franchise brand image and the franchisee service. The cover features the cityscape of Yeouido in Seoul, where the franchisee is headquartered, as a design motif. The spreads feature the slogans, reference map, graphic figures, alphabetically indexed tables, and brandmark elements as navigable section signposts. The brochure is saddle-stitched, finished with spot coating on its cover illustrations, and printed on A4-sized paper, along with the file folder.
What real estate sales collateral is essential to the realtors' sales activities? How can the designs represent the realtors as deserving professionals? Where are the opportunities for co-design to make practical and meaningful impacts?
RE/MAX Daelim launched the brochure kit in South Korea in July 2023. The designer and the realtors participated in its co-creation from March to June 2023.
The brochure kit is primarily used by the realtors for client consultations. With the brochure and file folder designs, they can locate information about their work, track records, and even research for sales purposes. The English edition is used to consult with clients and businesses at home and overseas. These opportunities come from the franchisee networks and client relations to utilize a translated edition as well as a PDF file.

RE/MAX Daelim briefed on the collateral to be used in their realtors' sales activities. It is a tool for them to build client relationships leading to increased commissions. As a result, the designer co-created their first brochure kit with about 20 realtors who participated. For the brochure, participants contributed original text and photos to publish translated editions. For the file folder, they expressed its need to carry up-to-date listings and contracts for client consultation.
