Project Duration

The project began in May 2023 in Wuhan, China, and construction will be completed in January 2024

Inspiration

The designers take “history books” as the cultural element in site layout. Designers match the shapes and appearances of these history books in different periods with corresponding functions respectively and scatter variously shaped books in the space to show the excellent history of the park. There are many design elements of books including bamboo slips, painting scrolls, book volumes in different period, which make the space design more interesting. The exhibition is divided into five parts.

Project Overview

West Garden Spring Autumn exhibition hall has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
