The open concept dining room has a characteristic white marble wall body decorated with bookmatching fine greyish slanted veins which gives a welcoming atmosphere. Simplistic and stylish Italian black multi light pendants are juxtaposed with this glossy white dining wall. The design of the ceiling originates from White Fine Vein Staturio Marble textures. These lines gently percolate and fill the entire dining and living area with a sense of grandness. Coupled with the use of the black and white, the intertwining of thick and thin lines, as well as the different shades and hue of light, this creates a hint of geometrical effect in the room. Glossy White Fine Vein Staturio Marble wall extends from the dining to the living area in an attempt to create harmony and unity in the interior. By applying inverting and contrary technique, Crocodile Black with antiqued finished marble feature wall is used in the living area. This creates a delicate contrast between rough and polished, light and shadow, dark and light. These features add great personality to the room, exhibiting the character and tastefulness of its owner. Coherent closet design can be found throughout the house. These full length closets are finished with rough and sturdy textured wood, a touch of nature. The addition of black stainless steel alongside these closets adds a nice finishing touch. Not only does it bring about originality, it also helps add a different dimension to the common space.

Although it is a small apartment, there could be a lot of layout options. The most challenging part of designing a small residential space is to have enough of storage and space as well as feeling bigger than it actually is, therefore creating a smooth flowing in the space which gives easy access to all areas without sidestep around furniture and doors rather than freely walk through the rooms, whereupon having both sides cabinet to replace wall partitions and applying the same materials as the walls and doors on to the cabinet which can make the room look bigger and extending the coherent flow.

The home layout is expertly designed and compartmentalized in ways that allow the owner to have distinct spaces; yet, it does not compromise the sense of oneness of his or her home.
The In, Separable Space, After changing the original layout, the corridor now leads to the master bedroom with a hidden wardrobe wall acting as a transition from the common area to the private space of the house. The island cabinet with light at the bottom creates a floating look, so fluidity and ease are introduced with this modification. Designs like light troughs and built-in closets throughout the room also help reducing chaos and disorder, in turn, create a calming and relaxing atmosphere as well as integrating walk in closet to master bedroom.
