Signage System for the County Hospital was designed in terms of compatibility with seven principles of universal design, which allows to be useful project for everyone, especially for people with special needs and reduced functionality. Each design stage, especially the selection of typography and colors, was thoroughly verified for compliance with 7 principles of universal design. The whole system was designed to help people with reduced functionality to find the shortest way to the doctor's office in the hospital building.

Wayfinding System for County Hospital in Pruszkow, Poland is designed in terms of compatibility with seven principles of universal design, wich allows to be useful project for everyone, especially for people with special needs and reduced functionality.

The main methodology used in this design was universal design principles.
The most difficult part of the project was to take into account legal factors without giving up creating a good design.
The project started in Pruszkow, Mazovian District, Poland in January 2018 and finished in February 2019.
The hole system was designed to help people with reduced functionality to find the shortest way to the doctor's office in the hospital buliding. I wanted to maintain highest contrast and legibility of all information.
Before starting the project, surveys were conducted to understand the needs of patients and hospital staff. Every development stage of design was analized in terms of compatibility with principles of universal design to make project usefull for users with reduced functionality. There were designed dedicated about 50 icons and special font Waykiss. After the project was implemented, surveys were conducted among patients and hospital staff.

Waycludi Signage Hospital System has been a Bronze winner in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
