Production Technology
The scale surface is made of soft silica gel, the chassis is stamped, and the G-shaped manganese steel sensor can measure accurately to 50g changes.
Design Challenge
The silica gel material and the G-shaped manganese steel sensor must match the data to achieve a weight change of 50g that can be finely tested.
Project Duration
The project started in Guangzhou in April 2020 and will be completed in Guangzhou in August 2020.
Operation Flow
The scale surface is made of soft silicone material. When standing up, it is like stepping on a bulging sphere. The scale surface of the drum sinks with the change of the value. And people can feel this change in an intuitive physical way.People with different weights have different depths of depressions on the scales.Displaying weight in an intuitive way brings a whole new way of experience.
Research
very time people step on the scale, they carefully watch the number with expectation. As the numbers change, so do the expectations and uneasiness in people heart. The scale surface is made of soft silica gel, with a certain elasticity, and they need to stand up carefully. The soft and elastic feeling of instability at the foot echoes the expectation of anxiety. When people stand up, it is like stepping on a bulging ball. Leave the bathroom scale, elastic said face slowly recovering, then can see according to its own weight on the formation of the concave, as the change of their body weight, every development of concave depth on the surface of the said, people of different weight scales the depth of the surface sag is different also, will be displayed in the form of visual weight, brings a new experience.
