For this project studio Idea faced the provocation to fulfill the clients' desire to seamlessly marry a monochrome design style with timeless elegance whilst adding glamorous details and finishes. The exclusive design that the studio managed and executed echoes in the stylistic details, bespoke furnishings, the carefully selected artworks, the energizing natural lighting, and the polished sleek feel strived for in any luxurious private residence. Almost every item including the lighting feature in the living area was designed bespoke by the studio to create the ultimate in luxury living.

Unique Properties
IDEA was commissioned to design and project manage the complete refurbishment of this stunning 4 bedroom penthouse. The apartment was completely remodeled to suit the client’s every desire. Almost every item including the lighting feature in the living area was designed bespoke by the IDEA team to create the ultimate in luxury living.

Production Technology
The fluid forms shaping the space are made through careful craftsmanship and structural indoor shaping of raw materials. The custom curved veneer furniture is selected to further the luxurious feel in the ambient.

Project Duration
The project started in June 2018 in Sofia and was finished in September 2019.
Operation Flow
The ergonomic features in the space are molded to fit the user's needs in order to create a luxurious experience.
Research
The challenge our designers faced from the onset was the contour of the building itself, which once translated in the interior space was quite angular and sharp. This was in contradiction with the clients’ brief which called for an interior creating a sense of calm and warmth.
