This series of illustrations and expressions is drawn by illustrator vector design software. It has been produced by a high level of printing and manufacturing technology to show the detail of the beautiful and delicate illustrations, which can also be used in a variety of media for promotional purposes. The hope is to show the great impact of art while demonstrating the charm of the illustrations themselves.
This 'Cherish Food' illustration is designed to reflect the growing process of grains, incorporating Chinese 'idioms' in the design and using them to reflect the hard-won nature of grain. The final blend of connotation and aesthetics is achieved through translation and procreate software.
The project starts in December 2021 at Northeastern University in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China and ends in February 2022 at Northeastern University in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China.
The key is a strong impact that attracts the public, and a high aesthetic effect attracts people's aesthetic interest.
Cherish Food is one of our traditional virtues and is useful in the construction of the contemporary concept of sustainable development, which is represented by the fact that food is an important part of 'clothing, food, housing and transport'. The illustration shows the growth of food in chronological order, which makes the purpose of the design more intuitive and clear to the viewer. This contributes to our aim of urging people to save food and promote the concept of sustainable development.
Art is a sensual vehicle that reflects life and culture. This Cherish Food llustration design Contains Spring,the season for sowing seeds,Summer,the season of growth,Autumn, the season of harvest,shows the growing process of grains through the changing seasons of spring,summer and autumn. The combination of time, idiom and illustration techniques presents a unique aesthetic that reflects a sense of progressive layering.
