This project is an offline retail store for Ecovacs, which themed with a better way of life. Based on the brand mission of Robotics for All, the designers of the project explored the intimate relationship between robots and humans and built this experiential retail space which guides feelings and touring routes of customers in different scenarios and meet their experience and consumption needs.
New retail model,Immersive experience,Future home scenarios,robots; Humanistic
1. Gradient blue dominates the main visual space. Combined with the warm color wood grain and silver gray, metal-textured display shelves, the main space creates a futurist vibe and narrows the distance between the space, products and customers. 2. The designers use round shapes extracted from the brand logo and products as the visual language to keep the unity and consistency between the main brand elements and space design, and enhance the visual memory of customers.
This project represents an exploration of new retail stores for robot products. The design team sets up home scenarios in the futurist looking space and creates elaborate moving paths to simulate the application of the products in real life. In addition, it creates a home atmosphere to guide feelings and touring routes of customers, highlighting the emotional bond between robots and man.
The project began in January 2022 and was launched in China in June 2022.
Carefully designed moving line in six aspects: browsing, touring, checking, resting, thinking, moving. Product demonstrations on both sides of the entrance to attract customers; Product selling area and display area for customers to tour around and browse; Product experience area to attract customers to stop and watch product demonstrations, allowing them to sit down for deeper communication; Scenario section shows the scenes of product use in the home, creates demand and facilitates purchases.
As part of Ecovacs strategic planning, the optimization and upgrading of offline stores, including enhancing immersiveness and creating interactive service and purchasing experience for customers, are highly emphasized by ECOVAC. Through careful renovation, the company manages to create a platform for customers to experience its intelligent robot products. Tech fans can now feel the charm of robotics and the benefits it brings for families by experience the products directly.
Ecovacs believes that robots are our partners and intimate friends who will bring us a better way of life. The company hopes humans can develop together with robots to achieve extraordinary value. In this connection, the project starts by probing into the relationship between man and robots, and narrows the boundary between technology and mankind by creating futurist home scenarios where life and technology are harmoniously integrated.
