Unique Properties
This is a large-scale comprehensive project designed for the Wudang Mountain World Cultural Heritage. These include 3 illustrations of different sizes, 3 logo designs and supporting packaging designs, pattern designs with the theme of Wudang mythology and Wudang Mountain native animals, and the interior design of the flagship store. The main logo design of Wudang Mountain The complex design is chosen to reflect the history and solemnity of Wudang Mountain as a world cultural heritage. The Wudang Mountain commercial sub-brand adopts clean lines.

Design Challenge
Wudang Mountain is a world cultural heritage The biggest difficulty is to preserve its history in comprehensive creation and make everyone interested in its culture In illustration design how to integrate the classic architecture of Wudang Mountain with Wudang culture The layout of the image must be comprehensive The painting style is also excellent both realistic and incorporating a lot of Chinese mythology
Project Duration
The project started in Beijing in July 2023 and ended in December 2023
Operation Flow
Illustrations and graphic designs cannot directly interact with users. Through packaging and products, users can more intuitively see the details in the illustrations. Through the differences in packaging technology, users can feel the details of the pattern design tactilely and visually.
Research
Understand and reproduce Wudang culture. From multiple angles and build a grand cultural foundation with a narrative structure in illustration design. Create expanded graphics and logo designs for subsequent commercialization Strive to build a complete system.
Inspiration
Inspired by Wudang culture and Wudang architecture. Paraphrase: Wudang is a famous mountain in China, the birthplace of Chinese Taoism, and the birthplace of Tai Chi. In 1994, the ancient architectural complex of Wudang Mountain was included in the World Cultural Heritage List. It is an extremely important cultural heritage in China.
Project Overview
Wudang Mountain Visual Design has been a Bronze winner in the Cultural Heritage and Culture Industry Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
