The design team wanted to emphasize simplicity in order to speak to a wider audience. In this way, it started a deconstruction process to remove all the superfluous elements and landed on a flat and minimal style characterized by pop influences. The storytelling is based on three fundamental concepts: balance, alignment and contrast. All the design efforts try to represent (explicitly and unconsciously) the brand's main features and its mission: clear billing, better customer experience and user-friendly processes.

BACKEND. Headless CMS Directus, data platform NodeJS based with a Vue.js back office with PostgreSQL database. By this solution, E-plan can manage the system status, monitoring business and account activities. Communications between ERP (Zeus) and third-party systems - OCR (turns furniture bills into web data), Stripe (payment method), and Yousign (legal e-signature platform) - are ensured by APIs. FRONT END. React Library.
The most important challenge was to set up the workflow and draw the UX. During this process it was also necessary to improve and fix some technology issues regarding the interaction between third-party systems, the web platform and the ERP.
The project started in May 2022 and was approved by the client in October 2023 in Perugia.
The E-plan website showcases plans and offerings to clients and prospects using simple and intuitive language. The use of color and a minimal design lead users to discover information and insights in a natural way. Also, the onboarding workflow simplifies the UX thanks to technologies such as the OCR engine that can automatize the data entry process. Other third-party systems work in the background, in order to ensure different functions (ie. Stripe for payments) and make interactions possible while synching between the web platform (user account) and the company organization (ERP).
A lot of the original inspiration is linked with the idea of energy and innovation. The brand mission inspired a minimal style and friendly storytelling.
