Production Technology

The Wayfinding Signage use translucent brown ECO resin plates + metal plates. The transparent plate reflects the surrounding scenery during the day, achieving the effect of invisibility. The content of the sign information is made of metal, which is clearly visible. The semi-transparent resin plate will map LED lights at night, making the signboard very eye-catching at night.Unit entrance sign: Inlaid in the stone of the view wall. The signboard will not appear too deliberately and integrate with the landscape.

Design Challenge

1.Production of glass brick for main entrance The glass brick of 240×50 and 120×50 modules are used to make the main entrance sign, In order to prevent the logo from being deformed, a total of more than 10 combinations were typeset and calculated. 2. Selection of translucent environmentally friendly resin In order to uniformly illuminate a box of about 1 square, we used 4 1W LED light sources, and conducted many experiments using the characteristics of translucent resin plate material.

Project Duration

The project was commissioned in Shanghai in July 2019. After understanding the entire forest park project, it was completed and installed in Hefei in October 2019.

Operation Flow

1. A unified design language is used for the font design of the entire set of sign systems, and the simple lines echo the modern design style of the building itself.2. The wayfinding signage on the road are on the landscape grille. The shape of the Logo follows the landscape grille, and combined with the landscape wall to form a 180-degree visible form sign.3. The wayfinding signage combine the map function and the pointing function to reduce the number of landing signs and save materials.

Research

According to the survey, customers aged 30-40 and 50 above are the main customers of our residence. These two categories of people have the same tags: uniqueness, tagging, face, ritual sense, unique aesthetics, security, and privacy. They have common needs: they pay attention to the internal environment of the community, prefer a large area of the yard, value the greening level of the community, require high-end tree species, and have high requirements for the shape and quality of landmarks.

Inspiration

The name of the project refers the ancient poem a pot of wine between flowers, half of the flower field in front of the Lu, "Lu" stands for Luzhou, and is the another name of Hefei, Anhui. "Lu One" is a meaning of leading human settlements in Anhui. The design abandons the decoration details, and presents a low profile and luxurious beauty through the change of the shape and the texture of the material itself, together with the appropriate light and shadow embellishment.
