Production Technology
1.Cover: The general structure adopts a implosion anti-counterfeiting system; and top of the cover is peacock blue, which also adopts electroplating、gold stamping and tracing technology. The neck of cover is a combination process of electroplating、screen printing and gloss oil. 2. Bottle: Increased capacity compared the old one. It also adopts blue and gold as the design of color matching. For spraying technology, the original translucent blue upgrade to opaque matte pearl blue. 3.Box: The paper adopts a holographic anti-counterfeiting technology and platinum embossing technology, also combined with screen printing and embossing process; The fixing mode of the inside bottle changes to an anti-sliding bottom slot and ribbon fixation on the top of bottle.
Design Challenge
Focusing on high-end, valuable, stylish, and practical features, this product has been achieved several breakthroughs, such as image design、intelligent anti-counterfeiting, application of new structures and processes, and quality improvement. From "Yanghe Blue, Dream Drops, high-end quality, 550ml unique capacity, intelligent anti-counterfeiting, new patented technology" and other aspects, support the brand to create product uniqueness and differentiation.
Project Duration
The project started in Novermber 2018 in Nanjing,Jiangsu and finished in November 2019, Nanjing, Jiangsu.
Operation Flow
This product combines intelligent anti-counterfeiting, strengthened layer by layer from outside to inside. Adopting four-in-one anti-counterfeiting Baijiu box and anti-counterfeiting cover, which are the most advanced technology in the industry. It can achieve a stronger blow to counterfeit production and sales from the front end, safeguard brand rights and interests, and make users more assured. At the same time, the high-end appearance and deep connotation of M6 Plus expresses customer's status and taste.
Research
This product meets people's needs for more refined and high-end daily necessities, also M6 Plus has become a partner of China's aerospace industry. It helps the development of aerospace and serves the society by holding several public welfare activities. Consumers' recognition of product quality, brand, packaging and other aspects, combined with Yanghe's continuous development, bring about the sustainable development of products.
Inspiration
The main color of the product is blue, which continues the unique "blue culture" of Yanghe. The gold matching design is the finishing touch, creating a rich visual hierarchy. The bottle shape continues to follow the original creative concept of "Dream Drop". The structure is very beautiful and the transition is smooth from top to bottom. The design integrates modeling, color, craftsmanship, and ergonomic function, also focusing on the user's experience, the overall visual effect.
