Unique Properties
A8 adopts an extremely light and thin back shell,fully fitted with wallpaper TV,20736 dot matrix single point independent dimming control,combined with partition dimming algorithm and peak brightness algorithm,with a peak brightness of up to 8000 nits.It adopts a single point 8 core LED light source and a hyperbolic lighting design,accurately restoring natural colors.The combination of MiniLED technology and surround speakers presents a comprehensive audio-visual feast.

Production Technology
The front shell of the TV adopts precision embossing technology,highlighting the exquisite and delicate metallic luster reflection,combined with the classic light luxury color of black gold,making it more outstanding.A high-power subwoofer has been added to the rear shell,and the sound quality is visualized through vibration design.The side adopts a grid design to hide the sound holes,and is paired with dual color metal decorations.The metal bending frame presents an overall effect.
Design Challenge
The A8 series MinilLED TV adopts a combination design of three processes:embossing,wire drawing, and highlight using metal aluminum extruded frames,creating a full metallic texture effect.The whole machine has two full tone main speakers,a subwoofer,and four small consonant speakers,presenting stunning surround sound quality;The combination of golden logo and dark bottom border,with geometric elements in the back shell,perfectly combines technological elements and design aesthetics.
Project Duration
The project will begin in Shenzhen in June 2023 and be completed in Shenzhen in March 2024.
Operation Flow
The combination of Mini display technology and surround speakers presents a comprehensive audio-visual feast.In optoelectronic design, a system debugging design was adopted.More than 20000 dot matrix single point light sources provide the best image quality control.Adopting a single point 8-core LED light source and a hyperbolic light distribution design,the image lighting is uniform.
Research
In recent years,Led Company has been increasing its research and development investment,and Mini screens have become a new development direction.Conduct research to understand user expectations for the quality of television.With the maturity of manufacturing technologies such as LEDs and structural components,traditional production and assembly methods have been adjusted.TVs not only ensure ultra-high definition picture quality,but also achieve true borderless design.
Inspiration
The inspiration for this TV comes from the Milky Way galaxy.The combination of star orbit segmentation elements and sound field diffusion elements mainly presents visual expression of audio-visual effects.The exquisite metal cutting process greatly embellishes the delicacy and mystery of the product,showcasing the integration of craftsmanship aesthetics and technological life.
