Le projet a démarré en mai 2016 après avoir remporté l'appel d'offre. Le site a été lancé fin 2017. Puis en 2018, il y a eu la plaquette puis la vidéo.
The idea is to take a Marie-louise inspired by the old aerial envelopes which is a symbol recognizable by foreigners and provincials.
